Commonwealth Reply Coupons

(1) Commonwealth Reply Coupons valid only within the Commonwealth and the Irish Republic shall be sold at the General Post Office, Belize City, and at the principal Post Offices at the price of sixteen cents each. They are exchangeable 77 in any country of the Commonwealth and in the Irish Republic for a stamp or stamps representing the minimum postage payable on a letter sent by surface route from that country to this (2) A Commonwealth reply coupon received in this country may be exchanged at any Money Order Office for stamps of the value of twelve cents.
