Stamped Stationery

Registered letter envelopes, postcards, newspaper wrappers and Air Letter forms shall be issued at such post offices in the country as the Postmaster General may direct for sale to the public at the following prices– (a) registered envelopes embossed with a seventy- five-cent stamp on the flap, at one dollar each; (b) postcards impressed with a ten-cent stamp at ten cents each; 23 (c) newspaper wrappers impressed with a ten-cent stamp at ten cents each; (d) air letter forms impressed with a thirty-five- cent value at thirty-five cents each.
