Deposit for key

Any person who rents out a private letter box shall at the time of renting such box deposit with the Postmaster General or the Postmaster as the case may be, in addition to the rent mentioned in regulation 104, a sum of ten dollars, which shall become forfeit on the non-return of the key to such box at the expiry of the period for which the box is rented.
