Disposal of postal packet delivered to the Comptroller

Any postal packet sent by the Postmaster General to the Comptroller of Customs under the provisions of regulation 96 of these Regulations together with all goods contained therein shall be treated as goods in respect of which an offence against the Customs Laws has been committed. (a) Poste Restante
