Handling mail bag or postal packet

Every person who handles any mail bag or postal packet, or any chattel, money or valuable security, knowing it to be feloniously stolen, taken, or secreted, and to be sent or intended to be sent by the post, commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding fourteen years. 23
