Compensation for loss or damage in parcel post

(1) The Minister may order the payment of compensation for the loss of or damage to any parcel transmitted by parcel post between Belize and a Commonwealth or foreign country. (2) Such compensation shall not exceed a sum decided upon by the Minister by regulations from time to time.
