Regulations

(1) The Minister may make regulations in accordance with any agreement so adopted and adhered to for the establishment, maintenance and working of a system of insurance of letters, boxes and packets upon and in accordance with the conditions and scale of fees fixed by such regulations. (2) The limit of insured value of any letter, box or packet and of compensation for loss thereof, abstraction therefrom or damage thereto shall not exceed two thousand dollars.
