Annual report

Mines And Minerals (Safety, Health And Environmental) Regulations, reg. 88 · Revised Edition 2020

The manager shall provide the Inspector with an annual report, prepared by a professional engineer, on the operation and 123 maintenance of the tailings disposal system and any water controlling dams, and when required by the Inspector, any waste rock or soil dump.
