Construction standard for buildings and structures

Any building, or portion of a building that is within 15 meters (50 feet) of the headframe or other entrance to a mine shall be of non-combustible construction and the remainder of the building shall be either non-combustible or separated from 121 the non-combustible section by a firewall with a 4 hour fire resistance rating.
