Compressed gas cylinder safety

Every compressed gas cylinder shall be stored and transported in an upright position in a well ventilated area, free from flammable material and away from electrical apparatus; it shall be adequately secured by chains or other acceptable means to prevent it from being knocked over and when not in use have a securely fastened valve protection cover.
