Transport of persons

Mines And Minerals (Safety, Health And Environmental) Regulations, reg. 37 · Revised Edition 2020

Persons shall only be transported in vehicles acceptable to the Inspector and no person shall ride in a standing position or in the box of a haulage truck or bucket of any mobile equipment. 96
