Savings in respect of other offences

Where an act or omission which constitutes an offence under these Regulations is also an offence under any other law, nothing in these Regulations shall affect the operation of such other law and the accused person may be charged and tried under such other law, notwithstanding the provisions of these MADE by the Minister of Natural Resources this 5th day of April, 1994.
