Offence and penalty

Mines And Minerals (Safety, Health And Environmental) Regulations, reg. 121 · Revised Edition 2020

Every person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations, commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment. 159
