Duty to keep mine plans

(1) Every manager shall keep in the office at the mine site, accurate plans that are updated every three months, and that are prepared on a scale that accords with good engineering practice and contains particulars established by these and any other Survey to be carried out by surveyor. (2) The manager shall ensure that the surveying of a mine and the preparation of plans required by these Regulations are carried out by a qualified person. (3) Every manager shall maintain, in a form acceptable to the Inspector, a register of every person who is or has been employed at the mine.
