The manager shall develop and implement an effective housekeeping program to ensure that all workplaces and travelways are maintained in a safe condition; that materials and equipment are stored in a safe manner so as not to endanger 154 persons; and that appropriate action is taken whenever necessary to maintain a hazard-free environment.
