Register to be kept by Inspector

(1) The Inspector shall keep a register in which all mineral rights, quarry permits and claims, and any interests created therein, shall be registered, and the register shall be open to public inspection. (2) A certified copy of the particulars relating to any mineral right, quarry permit or claim or interests therein shall be given to any person requesting same, on payment of the fee specified in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.
