Recording of particulars

(1) The Inspector shall keep a proper record of the particulars of all non-exclusive prospecting licences. A certified copy of such record shall be given to any person on payment of the fee specified in the Second Schedule. (2) A licence holder shall give notice in writing to the Inspector of any changes in his registered address and upon receipt of such notice, the Inspector shall duly record such change of address. (3) The production of a copy of a non-exclusive prospecting licence certified by the Inspector shall be proof that the non- 14 Mines and Minerals exclusive prospecting licence was issued to the holder on the date stated thereon and such certificate shall be prima facie evidence that the particulars were given by the licence holder.
