Survey fees

The fees to be deposited for any survey ordered by the Inspector shall be based on the actual estimated cost of the survey, including the surveyor’s salary and field allowances. If such estimate is subsequently found to exceed or to be less than the actual cost as aforesaid, the difference shall be returned to or paid by the applicant, as the case may be.
