Surveying of claim, etc

(1) The holder of a claim who wishes to have the same surveyed, shall make an application for a survey to the Inspector and pay the necessary fees and costs in advance. Survey of claim, etc. (2) The holder of the mining licence or quarry permit shall have the area covered by such licence or permit surveyed by a registered surveyor and shall pay for the cost of the survey.
