Application for mineral dealer’s licence

(1) Any person who wants to buy reserved minerals shall apply to the Inspector in the form prescribed in Form 7 of the First Schedule and shall submit an application fee as stipulated in the Second Schedule. (2) Upon receipt of an application under paragraph (1) above, the Inspector shall review the application and issue a mineral dealer’s licence in the form prescribed in Form 8 of the First Schedule and shall identify the reserved minerals in which the holder of the licence may deal.
