Approval/refusal of transfer

(1) In the case of a mineral right, if no objection is made or if any objections are over-ruled, the Minister shall, within fourteen working days of the receipt of the application or removal of objection, as the case may be, give notice of his approval or refusal of the transfer pursuant to section 58 of the Act. (2) Where a transfer is approved by the Minister, the Inspector shall record the transfer and issue a Certificate of Transfer in Form 6 of the First Schedule. First Schedule. 26 Mines and Minerals
