Transfers

(1) The transfer of a mineral right shall be done by making an application in the form prescribed as Form 5 in the First Schedule and the application shall be accompanied by the fee specified in the Second Schedule. (2) Upon receiving notice of any intended transfer and the fee as stipulated in the Second Schedule, the Inspector shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Gazette. Second Schedule. (3) Every person wishing to object to such transfer shall proceed in the manner provided in Part V of these Regulations. (4) Nothing in these Regulations shall be construed as giving the holder of a mineral right which contains any condition forbidding or limiting the right of transfer, any right to transfer in contravention of such condition.
