Grant of mineral rights

(1) A mineral right shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these Regulations and shall be as set out in Form 6 of the First Schedule. First Schedule. Mines and Minerals 23 (2) Any mineral right granted by the Minister will include, as terms and conditions, all plans and documentation approved by the Minister and any agreement executed between the Government of Belize and the holder of the mineral right.
