Renewal of application

A person wishing to renew his claim shall apply in writing to the Inspector for renewal of the claim and such application shall be made on the first working day in January of each year, but in no circumstances later than the 31st day of March in each year, and the application shall be accompanied by the fee specified in the Second Schedule.
