Abandonment of claim

Every person who desires to abandon a claim shall send written notice as such to the Inspector of his intention to abandon such claim. The Inspector shall publish such claim in three consecutive issues of the Gazette and the land upon which 20 Mines and Minerals such claim was pegged shall be open after the expiration of one month from the date of the last publication of notice.
