Publication of unpaid claims

(1) On the third week in the month of April in each year, the Inspector shall publish in the Gazette, a list of claims for which rents have not been paid, up to and including the 31st day of March in that year. (2) All claims on which rent has not been paid as published under paragraph (1) above, shall be deemed to be abandoned for non-payment of rent, and the lands upon which such claims were pegged shall be open from the 1st April next following, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall prohibit any subsequent list of claims abandoned.
