Registration of claim
Mines And Minerals (General) Regulations, reg. 17 · Revised Edition 2020
Where no objection is made or if there is a decision pursuant to Part X of the Act in favour of an applicant, the Inspector shall record the claim and issue a Certificate of Registration of Claim to the applicant.
