Validity of claims and non-refundable fees

(1) The acceptance by the Inspector or an authorised officer of an application, and publication thereof, shall not affect the validity of the pegging of such claims and no claim shall be deemed valid unless it satisfies the requirements of these Regulations. (2) Where any location of a claim is deemed to be null and void under these Regulations, neither the fee paid on filing the application nor the amount deposited or paid as rent in respect of the claim shall be refunded.
