Duty to record/publish application

On receiving an application made pursuant to Regulation 14 above, the Inspector or authorised officer, shall– (a) make a record of the application noting the time and date on which it was received; and (b) cause the application to be published in three consecutive issues of the Gazette. claims and non- refundable fees.
