Delegation of functions

The Minister hereby delegates to the Minister of State, appointed to assist him, the exercise of powers and performance of functions conferred upon the Minister under sections 5, 110, 112, 114, 115 (1) (a) and (b) and Parts III and VII of the Act (which provisions relate to matters including appointment of Inspector of Mines, export permits, mineral rights, and protection of the environment).
