Royalty on minerals obtained under a claim

(1) Subject to this Act, the holder of a claim shall, in accordance with this Act, pay royalty to the Government in respect of minerals obtained by him in the claim area. (2) Royalty is payable pursuant to sub-section (1) at the rate prescribed in section 85(2)(b).
