Minister may require information
Cap. 226, s. 59 · Revised Edition 2020
The Minister may require any person making application under section 58 to the Inspector to furnish to the Inspector such information as the Minister may reasonably require to enable the Minister to dispose of the application and the application shall comply with the requirement.
