Notice of decision on application for reconnaissance licence

(1) The Minister shall give notice to an applicant for the grant of a reconnaissance licence of his decision on the application and, if he is prepared to grant the licence, he shall give in the notice details of the proposed licence. 25 (2) If an applicant, within sixty days after he is given notice pursuant to sub-section (1), that the Minister is prepared to grant a reconnaissance licence, fails to give notice to the Minister of his willingness to accept the proposed licence, his application shall lapse.
