Obstruction of holder of mineral rights, etc

Any person who, without reasonable excuse, obstructs, molests, hinders or prevents the holder of a mineral right, a non- exclusive prospecting licence, or a claim, in or from the doing of any act which that holder is authorised to do by this Act, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and term of imprisonment.
