Production of books, etc

The Minister may direct the holder of a mineral right or a claim, at a reasonable time and place specified in the direction, to make available to, or to produce for inspection by, the Inspector or an authorised officer, any books, accounts, vouchers, documents or records of any kind, concerning the mineral right or claim, and if the holder fails or neglects to do so, he commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars. 101
