Annual report

On or before the 31st day of March of each year, every contractor shall submit to the Minister an annual report in respect of the preceding year containing– (a) the information required by subregulation (1) (a) to (i) of regulation 20 for the entire year; (b) estimates (if available) of economically recoverable reserves of crude oil and natural gas at the end of the year concerned; and (c) (i) the boundaries of the contract area, (ii) the total surface area of the contract area in acres, (iii) the location of any wells drilled by the contractor during that year, and (iv) the location or routing of any platforms, and similar permanent installations. 28 Petroleum
