Commencement
Petroleum Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1(2) of the Petroleum Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, Florencio Marin, Minister of Natural Resources,
do hereby appoint the 1st day of October, 1991 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
