Income Tax

Cap. 225, s. 29 · Revised Edition 2020

A contractor, his contractors and subcontractors shall be liable for the payment of income tax in accordance with the Income and Business Tax Act, Cap. 55, as amended, with respect to income derived from petroleum operations.
