Submission of budget estimates

The Authority shall, in such form and by such dates as may be prescribed by the Financial Secretary, prepare and submit to the Minister of Finance, through the Minister responsible for pollution control, estimates of income receivable and the expenditure to be incurred during each financial year (including any supplementary estimates), and the Minister of Finance shall present the said estimates to the National Assembly, with such amendments and modifications, if any, as he may consider necessary.
