Power to invest monies

All monies of the Authority not immediately required to be expended in the meeting of any obligations or the performance of any functions of the Authority may be invested in such securities or other investments as may be approved generally or specifically by the Minister responsible for Finance and the Authority may, with the approval of the said Minister, sell all or any of such securities or other investments.
