Power to delegate

(1) The Board may by resolution delegate to the Chairperson or any director or the Chief Executive Officer such of the functions of the Authority relating to its day-to-day business as the Authority may decide. (2) Nothing herein contained shall authorise the Authority to delegate to any person functions to make regulations or to do any act involving extraordinary expenditure.
