Commencement of Chapter 223 in respect of electricity services

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 57 of the Public Utilities Commission Act, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, MAXWELL SAMUELS, Minister of Public Utilities, Transport and Communications, do hereby appoint the 24th day of August, 1999 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force in respect of electricity services. 4 Public Utilities Commission MADE this 24th day of August, 1999.
