Duty to furnish information

(1) Every public utility provider shall furnish to the Commission all information required by it and shall provide specific answers to all questions submitted by the Commission. (2) Whenever required by the Commission, every public utility provider shall deliver to the Commission all contracts, reports of engineers, documents, books, accounts, papers and records in the possession or control of the company in any way relating to his property or service or affecting his business, or verified copies of the same.
