Power of Commission to order keeping of accounts, etc

The Commission may by Order require every public (a) to keep such books, records and accounts of the conduct of his business as the Commission may prescribe; (b) to furnish periodically, and at such other time as the Commission may require, a detailed report of finances and operations in such form and containing such particulars and verified in such manner as the Commission may require.
