Stay of proceedings pending appeal

No appeal shall of itself stay or suspend the operation of any decision or Order of the Commission but the Supreme 25 Court may stay or suspend, in whole or in part, the operation of the decision or Order of the Commission during the pendency of the appeal, upon such terms as the Supreme Court may think fit.
