Service of complaint on parties

Upon the filing of a complaint against any person or company, the Commission shall cause a copy thereof to be served upon such person or company, accompanied by a notice from the Commission requiring such person or company to 22 satisfy the complaint or to answer the same in writing within such reasonable time as may be specified by the Commission in such notice.
