Performance standards for licensee

Water Industry (Tariffs) Byelaws, para. 40 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The PUC may after consultation with the licensee establish performance standards for the licensee. (2) Where the licensee fails to meet the established standards, the PUC may refuse to grant the licensee an increase in tariffs.
