Water Industry (Tariffs) Byelaws, para. 35 · Revised Edition 2020

Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the report of the independent expert, the PUC shall issue a final decision, Water Industry 149 incorporating the expert’s determination of any element of the licensee’s proposal.
