Determination of the PUC

(1) Within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the documents referred to in byelaws 28 and 29 above, the PUC shall determine whether the application has any merit and issue an initial written decision approving or disapproving the proposal of the licensee, together with the reasons for such decision. (2) Within fifteen (15) days of making its initial decision, the PUC shall publish its written decision in two national newspapers published and circulating in Belize.
