Annual review

The PUC shall, on the request of the licensee or of its own volition, and on the basis of Exceptional Circumstances, hold an Annual Review Proceeding to ensure that the Tariffs to be charged by the licensee during the Annual Tariff Period accurately reflect and give effect to the approved Business Plan and the Regulated Rate of Return.
